Wild Ventura shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, hurricanes), pandemics, epidemics, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, governmental actions, or any other unforeseen events that render performance impossible or unsafe. In such cases, Wild Ventura will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule services.

Refunds or compensation will be subject to the terms and conditions of third-party operators and service providers.

Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
